Graphic/Web Designer
We are looking for a skilled Graphic/Web Designer to join our Creative team and help shape the visual identity of Codaxy across web, social media, and marketing channels. In this role, you will create compelling visuals, animations, and design solutions for websites, marketing, and digital communication.
Codaxy builds software solutions for clients across various industries and develops its own enterprise products used in Telco, FinTech, and Network Orchestration. As Codaxy continues to grow and expand its products and services, we are strengthening our team to support our evolving visual communication and digital presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity while ensuring high visual quality across all digital and print deliverables.
- Design and visually shape corporate and product websites, with attention to motion and micro-animations.
- Create visual assets for marketing across social media, campaigns, newsletters, and presentations.
- Create motion-based visuals, illustrations, and graphic elements that support clear visual storytelling.
- Prepare design assets for efficient implementation and collaboration with front-end and marketing teams.
- Collaborate closely with the CCO and marketing team on planning and execution of creative initiatives.
Required Experience & Skills
- Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design and web design work.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects) or equivalent tools.
- Excellent understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and brand systems.
- Ability to design for web (responsive layouts, grid systems, visual hierarchy, component-driven design, and preparing assets for implementation).
- Experience creating motion graphics or short animations for web and social media.
- Familiarity with Figma or other tools for web-oriented design workflows.
- Ability to translate ideas and concepts into clear, polished visuals.
- Good English communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Nice to Have
- Basic video editing skills for short marketing videos, teasers, or social media content.
